My Patron Saint Project Beer#11, today celebrating Saint Zeta, the Patron Saint Of Janitors through a Patrons Project brew. On the lighter side of brown in colour, but a bit more towards style in taste, albeit a sweet effort. It's good though with flavoursome hops clearly doing their job here providing light fruity notes.

Murky orange golden topped with a big old creamy white cap that stays for the show.
Nose is mellow tropicana, grass, pine needle, papaya, orange pith, grapefruit.
Taste comprises orange zest, grass, pine needle, grapefruit, mandarin, airy malts.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close splashed with juicy come lightly danko hop bitterness.
Solid well balanced and approachable DIPA.

440ml can. Hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma of lemon and lime.
Taste is lemon and lime dominated, zesty, pale malts, light bitterness. Light-medium bodied.
Relatively decent, and at least significantly better than their other recent AF beers that's for sure.

Sample, thanks fonefan! Almost clear deep golden, small head. Piney grapefruit aroma. Mid sweet with medium to full body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Woody and piney with lots of grapefruit. Resinous bitter finish,
