On tap at Furbrew, pours a cloudy dark reddish brown with a small beige head. Aroma brings out toasted nuts, caramel and dry hops. Flavour is similar, with toasted nuts, caramel bready notes and fairly aggressive dry hopping. Nicely balanced, finishing malty and hoppy, though without sweetness. Solid.

On tap at Furbrew, pours a filthy plaque peachy orangey yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out shitloads of kaffir lime that dominates. Flavour is as expected, being totally dominated by the kaffir. Looks like shit, tastes much better. Fun beer.

On tap at Furbrew, pours a cloudy dull copper yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out light vanilla, creamsicle and herbal notes. Flavour is similar, though pretty subtle, with creamsicle, some fruitiness and biscuity malt. Clean and nice to drink. Can't fault this for the style.

On tap at Furbrew, pours an opaque cloudy orangey yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of pithy notes, tart citrus and lacto. Flavour is along the same lines, with tart pithy tropical fruits, citrus and light lacto. Tart, citric and pithy on the finish. Interesting - I dig it.

On tap at Furbrew, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of esters, green apple and candied sugar. Flavour follows through, with tons of esters, saison yeast, candied sugar and alcohol. Fairly authentic, though rather boozy. Could use some tweaking and more expression of farmhouse character. Decent.

On tap at Furbrew, pours a clear copper with a small white head. Aroma brings out earthy herbal notes - smells strange. Flavour is very spicy, with tons of chili peppers, some herbal notes and earthiness. Unusual spice bomb. It's alright.

6.4/10 Appearance 6 Aroma 6 Flavor 7 Texture 6 Overall 6.5
On tap at Furbrew, pours a hazy copper golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out piney and citrus hops, and dry biscuity malt. Flavour is along the same lines, with citrus hops, some line, a little alcohol and biscuity malt. Appropriately bitter and crisp, with a nice lean body. Very good. Great to see a hop-forward, non-overmalted IPA in Vietnam.
