Bottle at THT February. Clear dark golden with white head. Caramel, cardboard, seaweed, toffee, light spices, brown sugar. Over medium sweet and medium bitter. Over medium bodied. Original review text: Clear ruby color with minimum head. Spices and candy on the nose, some malts, pear, spices, slightly sweet with a dry bitter finish, almost burnt. Fles thuis geprobeerd met LiekevdV. Het is een iets wat donkerder goudgeel bier met een wit schuim welke snel weg ebt. Het heeft een hoppige geur. De smaak is moutig en wat hoppig, smaak ebt snel weg.

Clear red brown beer, small creamy bit irregular beige head, little stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: very malty, grains, som ehoney, caramel. MF: ok carbon, mediu mbody. Taste: sweet, some honey, lots of caramel, bit sourish, oxidized, some chocolate and vanilla. Aftertaste: sugary, malty, some vanilla, little bitter, soft roast, lots of caramel, pretty sugary. Not too bad.

Bij Heel Holland Bakt hoort iets zoets. Dat lukt met deze wel. Zoet, kruidig.. Wat je verwacht bij de naam Winter Bock.
