Clear light amber colour and an off white head with good retention. Aroma's of grain/wort with some hoppy sourness. More fruity retronasal, with worty sweetness. Flavour is moderate malty sweet with a hint of bitterness. Light bodied. Light bitter finish. OK for hot days, but why is it called IPA?

On tap at Family, Alken, The Netherlands. A somewhat greenish, hazy, dark golden pour with a much lacing white head. Aroma is not all that surprising: banana, breakfast cereal. Light, low carb, fresh, bitterless. Long lasting finish, not too dry, bringing to palate some memories of pancakes.

75cl fles. Donker koperbruin, beige kraag. Aroma van een lichte NL Bock met zoethout, smaakt idem, redelijk alcoholisch. Medium body. Prima bier maar niet heel spannend.

Bottle from Beerwulf. Pours a slightly murky mahogany colour with a tiny beige head. Aromas of dark fruits and hints of vanilla and leather. Taste is more dark fruits, vanilla, leather and hints of caramel, nuts, roasted malts and brown sugar. Some sweet notes on the finish. Medium bodied and a fairly smooth slightly sticky mouthfeel. Not bad.
