Dark brown ale with a thin moka head. Sweet fruity aroma with definite autolyzed yeast. Sweet malt with light cinnamon, orange, and sour points. Unpleasant mouthfeel, tingling. Thin bodied and boring. From a trade with HogTownHarry. Merci!

Golden pils witha small white head. Sweet buscuity aroma, with fruity apple notes. Fresh sweet malt, fruity esters and light hops in mouth. Oily mouthfeel. In the end, the sweetness is a bit cloying.

This pil pours a golden yellow with a fizzy bright white head. Sadly the scets include mostly metallic boredom. With a touch of cleaning fluid. I get a kind of sour smell to it. Not disgusting but not right either. First sip wasn’t as bad as the smell. It’s taste was pretty balanced between watery and raging. But it was a typical pilsner. Slightly sweeter than what I’m used to. The palate was creamy with a light hop bitterness. Not to bad for a Pilsner.

This lager pours a pale yellow with a next-to-no-head...head. The scents are generic and plain. Almost a corn syrup scent with next to nothing else. Taste is watery and not too bad but bland. I could drink more but i doubt I will bother.

This ale pours a dark orange with a rocky white head that disappears quickly. The scents are pretty generic. Sweet smelling malts with with a citrus scent far into the background. First sip is watery and under-carbonated. There is a small bitterness there but nothing to speak of. The bitter stays for a while but all in all kind of boring.

This ale pours a orange colour with a poor soapy white head. Strong scent of honey and corn syrup. Slightly eggy to the nose. First sip is smooth and the corn scent comes through in the mouth. Sweet tasting. Maybe some fruity flavours...plums??? The finish is a bit thin, leaving behind the corny malt flavours. Palate is very slightly bitter...not too bad.

This spice ale pours a dark reddish orange with a foamy light tan head. Sweet smelling with scents of malt sugar. Slight scent of grape citrus. It took a while but I got a little spice out of it . First sip was slightly thick and undercarbonated. Slightly oily palate. Little bit of grapy citrus to the taste. Spiced, but by what I dunno? Palate is creamy....Second bottle, some time later, This beer had no head other than the soapy thin watery look. To the nose there was scents of old rotten wine. the taste wasn’t anything to write home about. it seems this brewery’s beers I find as to be all the same basically in flavour. Not very good with next to no carbonation.

This ale pours a dark reddish orange and after 3 min the head has totally disappeared. Some fruit to the nose, a little metallic too. Also some sugary sweet malts. First sip was flat and malty. Nothing extravagant. Slightly watery. The finish was sweet and the palate was almost cardboard like. Sub Par.

Hazy amber coloured body with tons of small bubbles rising from the bottom and a dense slightly off-white head. Aroma of english hops, caramel, honey, tart apples and slight malt. Light-bodied; Tart, sweet fruit flavours up front with hardly any hops and malt following up behind. Aftertaste a bit bland, some malt present, but basically a tart feeling. Overall, not good-definitely not a bitter-but WIERD! I sampled this 65 cL bottle purchased from the LCBO on Queen’s Quay in Toronto, Ontario on 10-July-2004 on the Eastern Shore of Virginia.
