On tap at the Rook & Gaskill, York February 2020. Golden in colour with a tight, white, head. Big, floral hops and tropical fruit character, light malts, a hint of green herb, leading to a dryish finish. Good

44 cl can @ home, BBE 07.10.2020. Rated on 16.05.2020 Aroma has tropical fruits and soapy tones. Also mild hayish grain and grapefruit. Flavour has plastic, dill, grapefruit and some tropical fruits. Finishes with harsh herbal bitterness. Aroma was promising but flavour is quite a disappointment. Who put Sorachi Ace into my beer? 8-2-5-3-15 Draught @ Pikkulintu Ruttopuisto. Rated on 12.06.2021 Grapefruit, dill and tropical fruits. Not as bad as that can was but nothing special still. 7-3-7-3-15

440ml can; BB 9th Mar 2021. Drank at home during the virus Lock In on 13th May 2020. Obtained from Sophie's Beer Store. Both SHIG and minutemat have slated it and my can is most likely from the same batch, but it's not as bad as they state, or at least my can isn't, still not great though. Murky dull dishwater orange body, lasting white topping. It hasn't got the vibrant tropical fruit aroma or taste I was expecting, more a dank, rotting fruitiness with a mini-citrus undertone in both the nose and flavour. Stoned fruits rather than stone fruits. Almost acidic in nature and not 'right', unless the brewer actually wanted the beer to smell and taste like this? I doubt that.

Can 330ml (KSM Kamppi)>br /> A bit hazy dark amber colour, big foamy off-white head. Peaty aroma with wet dog, metal and ash. Light to medium-bodied. Peaty, some tar, slighlty fruity. Empty finish. Neh.

Can: Poured a mucky orange brown with huge white frothy head. Aroma musty, grassy. Taste is citrus, horrid really, maybe a bad can.

440ml can. Hazed gold appearance, medium white head. I'm glad imdownthepub picked up on the acetic vinegar side coming through on the nose, but to a lesser degree on the palate. Big old gloop of yeast falling to the bottom of the glass. Overall character presents smooth indistinct exotics and mild stonefruit. Perhaps not in peak condition. Shame as previous BM beers have been top knotch.

33 cl can @ home Lots and lots of foam when pouring. Aroma has peat, smoke and some licorice. Flavour has peat, smoke, minerals, ash and some licorice. At first this tasted brilliant but second pour from the can was rather ashy.

Keg @ Tapped Leeds, Leeds. Golden with a very thin head. Has a hopped sourness but its sourness is quite low. Has a wine-like texture and some taste in this respect.

ABV: 3.7%. Clear medium yellow amber colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy and open, fair lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, cookie, sweet malt, toffee - caramel, hay, light earthy - damp stain - fusty. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, cookie, earthy - damp stain - fusty, sweet malt, caramel - toffee, yeast, apple - stone fruit. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20200124]
