Aroma: funky, a lot of fruit, vanilla, sweet bakery spices.
Taste: along the same lines, some acidity and fruit, some raw water minerals.
Overall: not as good as I would expect, but it's enjoyable (Ryan! 🤪).

Murky pale pinkish, with no head. Tart, the aroma being quite plummy. On the palate it’s quite tart. There’s a bit of fruit, but less than expected. It gets tart in the finish. Less balanced than other 3F.
Enjoyed with Mont d’or cheese and ham.

Poured light orange in color with almost no head.
Tart, funky and dry. Apricotty. Wheaty, tart and mouth drying. Light farmyardy notes obviously. Good.
Funky, sour and earthy with some farmyardy yeastiness, tartness and cheesy vibes.

Bottle at CBJ Tasting. Hazy-opaque dark [something]. Aroma had orange-esque citrus and vinous tartness. Flavourwise it's then more seeet - sugary juice. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry slightly astringent finish. Fruity sourness.

2024 version. A red copper ale with a thin lacing mocha head. In aroma, sweet fruity mix of tart berries, ground cherry, light lactic notes, Brett, horseblanket, very nice. In mouth, a nice ground cherry, light lactic notes, light cork, light buttery notes, very nice and smooth. On tap at Brew Chiodo.

Bottle. Surprisingly clear dark amber color with no head. Aroma is chocolate, cherry, nice vineous funk. Taste is dry, but not too dry, good fruits. Oily mouthfeel, low carbonation, nice!

Bottle. Unclear golden color with white head. Aroma is big citrus, mild saltiness, peach. Taste is earthy, leathery. Sparkling carbonation. Very good!

Bottle shared. Hazy pale yellow color, small white head. Smell and taste moderately and balanced sour / tart, hay, barnyard, funk. Good balance and very smooth and soft. Really good. 7-7,5-10-10-8,5
