Draft. Rich amber beer with an off-white head. Light red wine and light yeast aroma. Red wine and light yeast flavor with light spice. Medium bodied. Red wine and light yest lingers with light tartness, cedar, and spice.

Pours very hazy blonde, small white head. Smell is typical hazy ipa. Taste is very fruitforward , as expected, yet a bit more soapy than the average NEIPA. Rather low bitterness. Ok. It does miss the creamyness and complexity a bit.

Tap at the brewpub. Pours cloudy pink . Small white head. Smell Is full, juicy, almost soapy in a good way. Taste is very dry, some fruits. Mild lactic sourness low carbo. Tad to dry for my personal preference, yet solid as a beer in general.

Pours clear blonde, small white head. Smell is mildly hoppy. Taste is bitter, very sharp. Sorachi becomes clear in the back.

Pours darker amber, OK Sized head with decent lacing, low end of stability. smell is intense, malty, bit sweet, some pine. Taste is malty, medium bitter, some sweetness. Some hops, as well as hopbitterness. Doesn’t taste real fresh though, like they might have used older hops ? It’s canned June 2017, drank august 9th 2017, so should taste more fresh.

Tap at mikkeller Berlin. Pours maple syrup colored. Nose is raspberry, strawberry, blackberry, pomgrenade. Palate is strawberry, raspberry, cherry, bloodorange. Joghurty finish. Very refreshing, very Drinkable.

On tap @ Bergen Craft Beer Fest. Pours hazy orange, with a big creamy, off white head. Aroma is tart fruity yeast, with hay and apricots. Full body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is tart fruity yeast, with hay and peppery wheaty notes.

On tap at mikkeller bar Berlin. Pours dark amber, a little foamy head, rather opaque. Aroma is very complex, a lot of herbal aromas and rather special ones at that; loads of basil, maybe some coriander. Some funkiness, a tad of acidity and some nice oak notes from the barrel-aging. Amazing aroma. Medium body, prickly, refreshing mouthfeel. Flavour is nicely complex again, funky acidity is met by basil and a nice malt base. Hints of mint, lime, in general citrus fruit. Barrel adds nice complexity and additional depth, giving this a lot of character. Beautiful beer. Best Saison I’ve had probably.

Caňa en Cimmeria 21..07..2017. (r02). Color ámbar anaranjado velado con espuma blanca persistente. Sabores maltosos y cereales con lupulos maduros a resinosos ligeramente resinosos. Cuerpo medio algo denso con amargo seco final algo resinoso y seco. Buena.
