Can at home in Hackney - picked up from Budgens of Islington. Pours clear, pale yellow, lightly effervescent, with a slight, foamy white head. Light sweet flavour with simple crispy cereal, lemony accents, pale grain, mellow bitter straw. Light bodied with average carbonation. Decent balance to finish, more basic crispy cereal, subtle papery notes. So so.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up from Budgens Islington. Pours clear yellow-gold with a frothy, white head. Light to medium sweet flavour with mellow pissy hops, some pithy grapefruit, pale bread, melon. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. A little cat pee in the finish, melon, tangerine, pale bread, soft bitterness. Very drinkable.

Mein erstes Bier auf dem Craftbierfest 2022 nach der Coronapause. Ein NEIPA, das offenbar für die umstrittene Fußball-WM in Katar gebraut wurde. Es ist ein gefälliges angenehm zu trinkendes Bier, das man sich an einem bierseeligen Fußballabend gut vorstelle kann. Es ist nicht so intensiv oder gar frisch-fruchtig wie andere Biere dieses Typs, dafür halt recht süffig.

Very slightly hazy gold with a frothy / bubbly white head and a fresh and fruity aroma. Grapefruit bitterness and sweet citrus nicely balanced, a little over-carbonated perhaps, but a decent pale ale with just a hint of pine and nicely hopped

Third, tap, sample tray at Beavertown Taproom & Brewery. Upper part lacing on the glass, patchy surface, unclear golden body. Hints of both ripe apples and malty sweetness on the nose. Similar taste of doughy malts, toffee, and mid-dry apples. Rounded mid-sweet malt-fruity end. Fair enough. (Tottenham Hale, Greater London 06.11.2022).

Third, tap, sample tray at Beavertown Taproom and Brewery. Creamy fawn-coloured head leaving clingy lacing down the glass, very dark brown body. Roasted malty smell of dark bread, mid-sweet. Dark malt-driven taste of chocolate, bread, and a backdrop of dried fruit. Short, roasted malty end. Easy going stout version. (Tottenham Hale, London 06.11.2022).
