0,75l bottle at home. Vintage 2017. Bottled 02/2019. amber hazy color, small white head. smells grassy, funky, bit oaky, citric. nice smell not overly special and quite subtle. full body, very delicate yet lively carbonation. tastes funky, stone fruits, light grapes, tannins, citric, grassy, bit oaky, light barrel notes, stone fruits. finishes dry and lightly sour with notes of white grapes, spicy notes and some oak notes. lovely again, smell was very subtle but taste was very lovely, very wine forward, yet very balance and delicate. lovely stuff. 7, 4, 9, 4, 19

Basically red wine funk heaven, delish mini bubble carb, grapes on grapes on grapes and funk.

Hapu, väga ploomine, lilleline, nats hapet ka, aga ei miskit hullu, puuviljane, ploomikivid, nõksa vesine. Väga hea.

Flaska från Bokke, 2017. Tjockt rödlila, disig med rosavit krona. Rejält med fylliga druvtoner i både doft och smak. Fyllig kropp, mycket tanniner, proviva, laktosyra, druvskal, blåbär och blåbärsskal. Låg syra, mjuk och fin kropp, fyllig. Verkligen packat med röda druvor. Fin sträv- och stramhet. Fungerade väldigt väl som avslutning på en 12 flaskor lambic. Flera druv-varianter tidigare på kvällen, men tyckte det blev en bra stegring i ordningen (St Lam>D'Aunis>Drogone>Rood). Fyllig men elegant.

Flaska från Bokke, 2019. Något mörkare röd med rödvit krona. Mycket hallon i doften, med passionsfrukt längre bak. Stor hallonsmak, frisk och samtidigt mjuk syra. Inte alls så aggressiv i syran som hallon annars kan vara - trots att passionsfrukt är med här också. Snygg ton från passionsfrukt även om den ligger bakom hallonen i både doft och smak. Hade gärna fått komma fram lite mer i smaken, för att det är en så himla angenäm ton. Bra doft, något lägre i smak.

Hapu, puuviljane, funky, virsikud, nats happeline, vesine, mineraalne. Hea.

Yesterday. Right. Incredible fruit presence with both the deep raspberry character of puur and bright bursting passion fruit. Very high acidity which is kind of a pity but it’s incredibly good in small glasses.

Yesterday. Far left. Incredible raspberry character. So complex... High acidity, a hint too high for me, and pleasant light earthy funk.

Yesterday. Cool it sports very bright fruit character with balanced acidity and very cool fruit skin tannins. As it warms it opens up in to one of the best plum beers I’ve ever tried. Bursting with fruit and absolutely lovely!
