Bottle shared thanks to kermis. Slight hazy deep orange to light amber with small creamy white head. Massive sweet peaches, dry cellar funk, wheat, soft sweet grapes with a touch of mild spices and vanilla, gooseberries. Medium sweet and sour. Solid medium bodied.

75 cl bottle @ Hapanta! tasting. Bottled 01/2020. Aroma has raspberry juice, sourness and earthy notes. Flavour has rather tart notes, raspberry juice concentrate, sourness and earthy notes. Aggressive sourness, excellent stuff. Rated on 2021-04-01.
Easter 3x3, day 3 dish 3. Paired with assorted Easter candy. A worthy end to a fun weekend in the kitchen that’s offered multiple culinary highlights. Great beer if a hint too acidic to not share. Happy Easter! ✨🐣😻

Bottle pour at MBCC Red Session, golden with small white head. The aroma is roast, funk, grape, oak. Slick body, roast, funk, nice tartness, grape, lemon, enjoyed this.

3L 2015 bottle poured at MBCC Red Session, orange gold with small off white head. The aroma is strong funk, oak, grape, stone fruit, cognac. Slick body, grape, peach, oak, funk, cognac comes out in finish, enjoyed this.
Paired with home made bibimbap. Jesus Christ what a beer! Delicious gueuze/wild saison/natural wine hybrid. Perfectly balanced! Utterly delicious!

Bottle, 750 ml shared with Max, Miro B and Zec. Purple with off white head. Intensive fruit, lots of raspberries, juicy, sour cherries, funk. Intensive sourness, some vinegar like acidity. Vinous. Medium bodied, low carbonation.

Bokke Bonanza! Flaska från Bokke, 2019. Något ljusare varmröd med vit krona. Mycket druvor och druvstjälk i doften. Persikan (särskild den röda), som annars kan vara så framträdande, växer fram här först efter en stund. Samma i smaken. Mörka druvor i förgrunden, med mycket druvskal och druvstjälk. Aprikosen, och även körsbären, spelar lite mer biroll. Lagom syra, funk och skalbeska.
