Description

Lambic and saison blendery founded in 2013.

Please note we are not open for the public at the moment. Distribution is through events and bars, all are posted on the Facebook page.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Tom L's place. Hazy golden. Loads of apricot, very juicy, a bit of passion fruit, funky, wine, sour, juicy, kinda acidic, dry, a bit lemony, smooth. Wonderful.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Tom L's place. Deep red-burgundy. Jammy grapes, cherries, oak, cherry pits, barnyard, wine, oak, moderately sour with a bitterish note, dry finish, a bit astringent, lively carbonation. Great.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Tom L's place. Cloudy yellow. Oak, elderflower, barnyard, cobwebs, manure, citrus, lots of wine, sour, a bit of spicy bitterness, juicy. Great.

Clear golden orange with a very short lived white head. Aroma is vinous balanced with floral elderflower, cellar funk, tart white grapes and woody notes. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with light sparkly carbonation.

Bottle shared thanks to kermis. Almost clear golden with white head that disappears immediately. Lots of white wine and white grapes, malty, soft funk, some elderflower that blends in well with the grapes, a hint of oak, dank cellar. Medium sweet, some tannic bitterness and a lighter sourness than expected. Sol8d medium bodied helped by some tannins. Quite unique, maybe a bit too much white wine like for me but a very nice and interesting beer.

Massive thanks Maakun! Very dense plums, thick lambic funk, sweet, sour and funk. Some cheesiness, jammy, very fruity and very funky. Mild sour. Medium body and low carb.

Bottle shared. Bit hazy golden with white head. Massive sweet plums, vanilla, light funk, peachy, soft mineral, bready. Medium sweet and sour. Medium bodied with sparkly carbonation. Really really good.
