Flaska från Bokke, 2019. Klar, ljusguldig med vit krona. Pigg, frisk, stor syra där smakerna främst ligger på ytan. Tanniner, funk, fat, druvstjälkar och kanske främst en kryddig ton som jag inte alls väntade mig. Typ nejlika, lite kanel. En bit in kommer aprikosen fram, ligger lite längre ner i smakbilden och försvinner kanske lite i syran. Ger lite gula russin, men väldigt subtilt. Inte vad jag förväntade mig, och lite udda och spretig.

Flaska från Bokke, 2018. Klar, guldig med vit krona. Fyllig, potent, rejält med druvor, mycket vitvinstoner, gula russin, nästan lite värme. Vissa liknande drag som 50N4E 2020 i cognacs-tonerna. Något vass i eftersmaken, åt det fenoliska hållet, lite marsipan. Saisonen i botten ger en extra skjuts. Supergott, potent. Kanske kvällens bästa.

At Zum Franziskaner. (vintage 2019) Dark red with a small head. Tart with raspberries, some funk and oak. Very refreshing and nicely drinkable. An excellent beer.

0,75l from bottled shared by Sander, big thanks. dark redish color, small pink head. smells parfumy cherries, spices, raspberries, marzipan, very nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes raspberries, cherries, spices, marzipan, nutty, citric. finishes dry and light to medium sour with notes of raspberries, cherries and some marzipan. very nice one, bit too heavy on the raspberries for me, but overall very nice stuff.

0,75l from bottle at Ammutson. Vintage 17. Dark yellow color, small white head. Smells white wine, grapes, stone fruits, grassy, spices. Lovely smell. Full body, soft carbonation. Tastes grapes, white wine, almost smoky, stone fruits, spices, oak, parfumy, heavy tannins. Finishes light sour with notes of grapes, tannins and stone fruits. Very nice one, very intense grapes

0,75l from bottle at Gebrande Winning. Vintage 2017. Amber murky color, small white head. Smells of wine notes, tan9nins, oak, funky, cheesy, lovely smell.full body, soft carbonation. Tastes funk, light tannins, red wine notes, oak, cheesy, pinot noir, peppery. Finishes lightly dry and light to medium sour with notes of tannins, oak and some peppery notes. Amazing balance, very complex, very intense mouthfeel, lovely lovely beer

0,75l from bottle at Gebrande Winning. Vintage 19. Bordeaux hazy color, small white head. Smells peaches, spices, cloves, very nice smell. Full body, soft carbonation. Tastes of peaches, cloves, Christmas spices, grassy, earthy, light tannins. Finishes lightly dry and light to medium sour with notes of peaches, cloves and Christmas spices. I love the peaches, the spices are lovely after some breathing, just lovely beer
