Dragonmead brewery was founded in 1997 well ahead of the craft beer revolution in Michigan. Our mission is to produce beer so very good that it changes the very nature of the industry. For over 20 years we have accomplished our goal. Visitors to the Taproom can enjoy over 40 different styles of beer served along with over 15 selections of Dragonmead made wine and mead. Sampler platters are available for either our beer or mead and wine. Our staff is knowledgeable regarding our beer styles and can make recommendations based on your taste preferences. Armageddon Grand Cru from Dragonmead Brewery

750mL bottle, pours a clear amber with a small beige head. Aroma is authentic, with Belgian yeast, caramel, dark fruits and candied sugar. Flavour brings out spiced Belgian yeast, candied sugar and caramel. Not overly complex, with a spicy, sweet finish. Not bad.

Bottle - Caramel and spice with some umame. Clear caramel with no head. Caramel, light booze, sweet honey and stone fruity yeast. Not as interesting as I hoped.
