From bag-in-a-box at GBBF with Holmen1 03.08.22. Clear pale golden. No head. Excellent aroma and taste of sweet red apples, apple peel, and a hint of cinnamon.

Bag in a box at Cobblestones, Bridgwater. Pours unclear golden with almost no head. Aroma: crisp, dry apples, apple pie, funk, earthy. Taste: Sweet & sour apples, tart, tangy apples, earthy, wood. Dry finish. Medium bodied with limited carbonation

25/1/2019. From bag in box at the 10th Elysian Winter Beer Festival. Pours hazy dark gold with minimal head. Aroma of dry, crisp apples. Light sweetness and moderate tartness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, flat carbonation. Very dry, semi sweet finish.

Bag in a box at the Orchard, Bristol 23/1/2019. Light gold in colour, with a touch of carbonation. Aroma of apple blossom, oak and dryish apple juice. Flavour was similar, with a trace of spice and a dry finish. An excellent cider.

Draught at Post Office Vaults, Birmingham, 28.11.17. Clody straw colour. Almost no head. Aroma and taste of wild apples, horseblanket, farmyard, sulphur, leather and a hint of smoked bacon. Not carbonated.

Draught at the Fox Hole, Piercebridge. Hazy orange gold colour, no head and aroma of apple, barnyard. Taste is apple, apple skin, sweetish, funk, horseblanket, with earthy, dry tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Tap at Krakatoa, Aberdeen. It pours lightly hazy bright orange with no head. The aroma is earthy, funky, peach, apricot, juicy, apple pie and vanilla ice cream. The taste is sweet - sour, tart, tangy, apple skin, apple pie, funky, earth and dry wood with a dry finish. Medium body and limited carbonation. Nice sweet - sour balance. Tasty cider.
