375 ml bottle. Pours translucent pale yellow gold with a few clear bubbles. Aroma: perry pear, caramel, citric, funky. Taste: light to moderate sweet, tangy, perry pear, floral,, moderate tannins. Drying finish. Medium bodied with low/no carbonation. Nice rustic perry.

Draught at Station House Cider Festival, 19 May 2023. Pale golden colour, no head and aroma of pear, summer fruits, fleshy. Taste is sweet, pear flesh, floral fruity, gooseberry, elderflower, custard hints, with some citric acidity and light tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tart citric peary finish. Nicely drinkable

75cl bottle from Appellation Wines. Appearance - hazy, golden orange. No head. Nose - bruised apple and a funky woodiness. Taste - fresher apple than the nose, but still quite earthy, funky. Palate - medium bodied with good fruit acidity and gentle fruit tannins. Overall - good stuff!

750ml wired cork bottle from Cat in the Glass. Orange golden colour, short-lived bubbly yellowy head and aroma of fruity apple, juicy, woody, some earthy funk. Taste is sweetish, apple, herbal, fruity, burnt caramel & orange marmalade hints, with alittle funk and bittersweet tannins. Medium bodied, soft foamy carbonation, dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

2016 Bottle. Hazy pale. Tight mild sour and refreshing juice from hard pears, light woolly brett, very funky, nettly vegetal notes. Light sweet and mild sour, tannin dryness. Medium body, some nice fizz.
