Aroma is moderate malty, hay, toasted, caramel, butterscotch, light nutty. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, caramel, light hoppy. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, brown sugar. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long to average duration, thin roasted bitter, burnt caramel malt, sweet malt. 75cl bottle, bought at the brewery. Bottle looks good, beer in the glass also. Starts quite moldy, turns more and more grasy-spicy, modest sourish-dry. Finish well balanced, not as moldy as the beginning. Not bad!

75 cl bottle, bought at the brewery. Looks simple but good. Strange, the label says "Dunkel" but also "Schwarzbier". Beer in the glass very dark, almost black. Starts intense malty, modest dry, some notes of dried fruits. Finish milder, soft-malty, not too dry. Well balanced and drinkable. Not bad!
