Description
Our brewery opened in July 2013. The brewery moved at the beginning of 2018 to the Rue des Lignes in Angoulême, a stone's throw from the railway lines. We are of course continuing to brew our beers and develop our range, but above all a real winery has been created, as well as a Taproom dedicated to the on-site consumption of our beers and a space dedicated to take-out. Equipped with a 50 HL brewhouse and new fermenters, we can more easily offer contract brewing, as well as wort production for spirits.

Best before 04/25, buying it from one monoprix district 13, not bad, burnt hop or malt, touch of sourness, dry note of tropical fruit, herbal, citrus, a bit rough but it is ok, serving me this nectar yesterday, at Epalinges.

Best before 05/25, from one monoprix district 13, Paris. Opening this small can yesterday after a nice walk, Christmas market, Morges. Tasty and well brewed session ipa, malty, hint of tropical fruit, citrus, bitter and light, refreshing one.

Bottle. Color: Black, brown head. Aroma: Blend of roasted malt, coffee and maple syrup. Taste: Equal as aroma. Blend of roasted malt, coffee notes and maple syrup notes. Sweetish but not too sweet. Hoppy backbone. Some dark chocolate. Over medium body, below average carbonation. Very well balanced. Nice one.

From one monoprix, Paris district 13, time to drink it yesterday at home, relax and I was not disappointed, a classical old school ipa, well balanced, dry malt, mineral, yeasty subtle and tasty resinous note, bitter and citrus, refreshing.

Properly punchy stuff. Loads of warmth in the throat. General dark malt character, ample toasted herbs, maybe orange peel. Berries, toffee, cinnamon. Fun novelty. Hot finish. Serious warmer.

CBJ tasting, thanks to me for the bottle. Near clear dark amber brown beer, small pale tan head that lasts no time at all. Soft dark malts, a little dark chocolate and cream. Camphoric rich boozy dark malts on the back end. Reasonably drinkable but also quite artificial. Had much better beers at this abv point and, many times.
