Z pompy.

Bottle shared in London - thanks to Kenny. Pours clear brown with a bubbly, white head. Herbal aroma, some wintery spices, background cocoa. Light sweet flavour with big herbal character, herbal, earthy bitterness, brown bread. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Finaihes wkth more strong rosemary character, faint cocoa, earth. Not sure the herbs add that much here. So so.

Bottle split at Happy New Years L42 Shim Sham, thanks to Kenny, 12/01/17. Mahogany brown with a decent beige cap. Rosemary is well evident on the nose, biscuit, toffee, light charr, faint liquorice, spice. Taste comprises herbal notes, light charr, pine needle, light cocoa, more rosemary. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close with light hop bitterness. Ok ... Rosemary takes over a touch too much though.

The aroma of intense hops mixed with rosemary give great sense of piny notes, this beer really surprises with great aroma. The taste is bitter, hoppy, not with too much roastness of malts, not too much malty, just like an excellent Black IPA should be. The rosemary adds great piny aromas and taste, the beer is very drinkable yet bitter and hoppy as expected from the style. Its both classic and innovative as rosemary adds complexity of palate. Great beer, definietely reccommend!

Barwa rubinowa, ani mętne ani klarowne. Piany niemalże brak. Słaby aromat niewiele czuć, lekka ziołowość. W smaku lodygowa goryczka. Dość puste.

Butelka 0,5 z datą ważności do 11.2016.
