Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, shoe polish - infected. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of Ungstrup. Pours golden with a slight haze and a creamy and lacing white head. The nose is a little tart and citric. Medium body, sweet fruit but quite unclean. Ends somewhat tart. Slightly infected. 110910

Bottle from Wine Specialist. Very hazy dirty gold color with a clean, large white head. Aroma of citrus over mild funk. Near medium body with creamy carbonation. Flavor is a bit gruit, very mildly sweet, a little grainy. A little Kraft caramel. Funk is so light as to be questionable. It’s very pleasant. Just not any particular overpowering flavor. Finishes more dry than not. It’d be one heck of a session ale.
