Canned 5/21/24, drunk 6/22/24. Clear golden. Small, white head. Nose is a bit timid but nicely malty. Honey and cookie. Low hop. Clean. Lightly crisp. Love the malt, and the attenuation. Mineral and crispness a bit low but it's clean.

Aroma: rustic notes, oak, ironed linens (really, how come it's here?), some grapefruit, Taste: rustic notes, moderately to highly acidic, fruity, oaky. Overall: kinda weird, ok one.

2oz sample kindly (hopefully!) served as an exception. Appearance: almost clear straw with a white head. Aroma: a lot of oak, some bugs, a tad of sweetness, quite bold. Taste: along the same lines, a lot of oak, kinda sour, but not acidic, fruity, some funk. Overall: interesting. It's not a masterpiece, as it requires better balance and less sourness as for a Saison, but it's going in that direction
