Bottle: pours blonde with smallish white head. Aroma is very light brett, some light spice. Taste is kind of weird. It is a little watery and seems to not have a little bit of extra sweetness that would round out the taste well. Seems kind of unbalanced.

Bottle purchased from brewery in spring of 2025: pours dark brown with a beige head. Aroma is lightly earthy from the brett, light funkiness, slight toasty malts. Light body. Slightly bitter brett. Quite dry. Nice complexity. Very pleasant.

Can to English pint glass.
Appearance: glossy yellow color with a sly transparency about it. One and a half fingers of white foamy head which slid off nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: sweet peachy / orange marmalade-like hoppiness, stale grass with some white bread
Flavor: copies the aroma fairly nice without the bready notes; mild finish of the stale grass and peachy to orangey marmalade - like tones
Texture: light to medium bodied, some kind of sessionability, good level of carb, light smoothness along tongue, low level of bitterness
Overall: maybe again but part of me thinks I had an older can, I just wish brewers would date their cans.

Can to lager glass.
Appearance: yellow in color with some tansparency to it and a one finger white foamy head which dissipated fairly quick to leave some super light lace.
Aroma: slight grassy to hay to earrhy and floral hops with some wet grains and biscuity malts
Flavor: matches the aromas fairly sweet with a mild finish of the grains, biscuity malts and grassy hops
Texture: light bodied, sessionable, fairly smooth, appropriately carbed
Overall: good lager I could return to.
