A little hops, some character in a lemony sense, or at least some kind of citrus. Decent, even a little more interesting than your average pale ale. Had a sample of this at a stand in the lcbo. Worth finding again.

Has a bit of oaky bitterness. Smells a little of roast malt but taste is basically watery. Smell is light, body is light. Probably the weakest beer I’ve had from a usually good brewery. Small bottle.

smells a little like cherry, a little like coffee, though the latter is much more prevalent. Palate cimes off a little thin, not a huge body here. Pours black with big head that dies down quick. On tap at volos

Roast coffee taste with a small hint of tree bark. There’s a bit of a sour aftertaste. Good thick palate, light carb.

Great bitter hops but not quite as bitter as a regular IPA. Creamier, thicker and a fuller taste behind just the bitter hops. Excellent.

(bottle) clear medium amber colour with small white head; aromas of candy, fruit; flavour is a letdown after the aroma - simple, mineral/ashy; with long medium bitter/mineral finish
