Bottle from matt7215. Thanks again. Pours a pale orange gold with a foamy white head. It laces lightly. Aromas of spice and citrus zest. Medium body with frothy carbonation. Flavor is yeasty, earthy, lightly malty, and there are hot spice bits. Finish is more orange peel than anything specific, but the hot bits definitely persist. Gets a mite earthier.

Draught at the Bow & Arrow, Toronto, Canada on 7th June 2008. Very dry, hoppy and bitter. For UK drinkers, treat Milton Sparta as a reference beer.

A deep dark stout with a thick creamy moka head. A very pleasant aroma of coffee, chocolate and cherry blossom. In mouth, a nice light roasted coffee with bitter chocolate, light to medium bodied, well balanced. On tap at C’est What, March 21, 2009.

From the cask at the Beerlicious festival in Toronto. A nice fuggles hop aroma, slightly fruity. Medium rich malt flavor with pretty decent hops all around. Nice enough.

On tap at the Toronto Beerlicious fest. Deep black, with a light cherry flavor, medium sweetness, and chocolate. Very mild in flavor for a stout--light bitterness. Nice.
