Keudassa Keravalla on pienpanimolaitteisto PICO 50, jossa mäskäyskattilan koko on 60l. Olutta tehdään opiskelijatyönä panimonhoitajan ohjauksessa sekä oppilaitoksen omaan ravintolaan että joihinkin lähiseudun pubeihin.

(Bottle, 0.5l - Perle and Riwaka hops, at Keuda-talo, 20230902) The beer poured golden and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness, spiciness, grass and malts. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grass, fruitiness, spiciness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was hoppy and bitter. Tasty and clean.

Draught@St. Urho's Pub's Sahtipäivät 2015. Deep ambery brown colour with a small brown long lasting head, which leaves some lace. Aroma has some bananas, mild yeast, some toffee and a bit rye bready elements. Flavour is rye bread, some bananas, wheat, yeast and mild toffee tones. Smooth.

Draught@HBF2018. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is bready, some fruity and mild yeasty notes. Flavour is toffee, some fruity and floral notes ending in a quite grassy and earthy way.

Draught@HBF2018. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, grassy, wooden and some earthy notes. Flavour is grass, grains, earth and some slight herbal ntoes with a bready maltiness to it.

Draught@HBF2018. Black colour, small beige head. Aroma is smoked, liquorice, some slight raisins and mild yeast. Flavour is ripe fruits, some roasted notes, liquorice and some mild yeasty and toffeeish notes as well.

Draught@HBF2018. Hazy golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is floral, wooden, some spicy and earthy notes. Flavour is floral, fruity and some slight spicy notes. A bit homebrewish elements in the flavour.
