A full white head on a clear amber body. Nose is well blended with cloves, bubble gum yeast, honey and grain. The seasonal spices play strong with cinnamon, cloves and belgian yeast leading the way. Alcohol warmth, honey and coriander supported by sweet malt.

Aroma is a pungent mix fresh ground coffee, raspberries, field berries, and roasted malt. Tart, sweet raspberries lead the taste profile. Dark chocolate, shaved wood, roasted malt and a touch of booziness all work well together. Dense but not sticky. Slightly slick mouth feel

A pillowy, well laced tan head on a near black body. Coffee, wood shavings, ripe berries, bourbon and vanilla on a big compex nose. Lots going on in the taste profile from the onset. Solid fresh ground coffee mixes with vanilla, molasses, roasted malt, cream and a slight bourbon burn. Apricots and woodiness are subtle but under there aswell. Slightly sweet but not sticky or cloying, which is a sin committed by many monumental ISs. One of the very best.

A low tan head on a near black body. Aroma is a blend of coffee, damp wood, a hint of citrus hops and dark berries. Not as sweet and sticky as other PM variations. The milk is there, as is the fresh ground coffee. Woodiness and vanilla add to the blend. Not my favourite of the series, but very enjoyable.

A fine, carpet like tan head. dissipates quickly. Nose features ground nuts, roasted coffee, chocolate and berries. Slick and rich. A sumptuous blend of roasted coffee, cream, chocolate, vanilla, ground nuts, dark berries, caramel and butter. Smooth and well integrated to the end. A great PM variation.

Straw body with a very active, well laced white head. The nose features roasted grain and a hint of slightly sour tropical fruit. The smooth roasted grain from the aroma leads the taste profile. Sweet tropical fruit, a hint of hop bitterness and a slight acidity and spiciness round out a tasty summer saison.

A thin white head on a deep brown body. The nose hits a unique balance - sour red berries, oak and Brett yeast. More of the same in the taste profile. Touches of coffee and chocolate are nicely counterbalance by the sour and acidic elements. A lovely creation. Who would have known?
