0.5 l bottle from 'Bierothek', best before September 2024. Clear, golden amber with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, off-white head. Sweetish-malty, slightly floral, a bit fruity and minimally grassy aroma of honey, butter, some grains and hints of lemon peel. Quite sweet, malty, moderately bitter, gently floral, a bit fruity and a little grassy taste of honey, butter, grains, sultanas andlemon peel, followed by a short, moderately bitter finish. Medium to full body, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Thick, almost syrupy Bock, yet balanced by a delicate hoppiness. Good, but not great.

Flaska från Bierothek. Gyllengul klar vätska med medelhögt vitt skum. Gyllen säd, honung, bröd, ängsblommor, frukt, lätt höig beska. Rustik men ändå lätt och elegant för att vara en 7%-ig bock. Mycket gott
