Description
Our brewmaster Karl fermented his first cider as a young schoolboy, many years before he was of legal age to taste it. Since then, he has never stopped experimenting with all sorts of fruits and flavors. This passion for natural ingredients and the wonders of fermentation is shared by our team and is reflected in our range of innovative ciders.

International Cider Festival 2019. Sample. Unclear pale golden with some white head. Massive pickle and some dry apple cider underneath. Moderate sweet and bitter, mostly weird gurkytime, little salt maybe even. Medium body and soft carbonation. Fun, but not again. --- Beer merged from original tick of The Lazy Day on 01 Jun 2019 at 22:11 - Score: 5. Original review text: Cider Festival 2019. Sample. Unclear pale golden with some white head. CBF Vienna 05/19. Spicy apple and yeast play into a great, dry cider. Very easy.

330ml bottle shared with Soph. Picked up from Beers of Europe I think. Pours a deep crimson. Aroma sees gentle fruity sweet blackcurrant, continuing to taste with good pure fruit, which is refreshing, some good quince notes, citrus, apple, lime, fruit pulp with a tart linger. Pretty good.

330 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet Randaberg. ABV is 7.0%. Golden colour, pours moderately sparkling with a minimal and shortlived head. Aroma of apples, dust, and wet basement. Bone dry flavour with some \"dusty\" hops, very subdued apple notes.
