10-04-21 // RB-tasting. Taster. Fantastic. A lovely gueuze. Dryhopped with el dorado back in 2017 and still some fruity notes to it. Nice carbonation. Great brett and funk.

10-04-21 // RB-tasting. Taster. Lambic inspired. And yes. Similarities are there. A nice wild and funky sourness. But moderate. Mild mild wine barrel touches. Lovely.
