Description
Eik & Tid (Oak & Time) is a farmhouse beer inspired brewery in Oslo, Norway dedicated to making sour and wild beer the nordic way.
Our entire brew setup is customized to fit the raw beer brewing process. By modifying surplus dairy tanks from Norwegian farms, we where able to get what we needed at an affordable cost. We also like the added bonus of upcycling derelict equipment instead of getting new made and shipped half across the globe.

Bottle at BBT 2/2024. Med-thin body, med-low carbonation. High sourness, but pleasant, with light acetic component, not overpowering. Somehow easy drinking. Lots of wild bretty character. Good one for me.

Unclear golden pour and a small bubbly head. Strong vinegar aroma. Not as heavy acidity as feared A bit to high carbonation level. Fizzy mouth feeling Lemon and vinegar are dominating the flavor [Bottle from Komlefjorden 23]

0.33l clear bottle, Lya, with rafa. Slightly hazy ruby body, pinkish head. Huge earthy, lightly carroty blackcurrant in the aroma, ll paint. Not getting almost any barrel. Lean dry taste, huge currant notes, very tart. Puckering aggressive, clean dry acidic taste. Actually fun, rough but fun.
