Bottle. A flat, headless and hazy straw colored drink. Vinegar, funk, green grapes, grass and some oak. Weird mouthfeel, acidic, flat, cardboardy, funky, with lots of lemon in the flavor. Green grapes, oak notes and a boozy touch. Lemony, funky finish with a good dash of vinegar. Metallic too. Guess it's made with good intentions... Sure not a winner in my book. 240821

330ml bottle kindly shared by Finn. Hazy orange coloured body, scattered lacing from a pearl white head. Moderate smell of ripe fruits and wood, lightly spice. Unusual kind of taste with moments of pine cones, ripe lemon, and juniper. Drying close, semi-tart. Accepted. (Tromsø, 11.07.2024).

(Bottle) Clear golden colour with brief head. Fruity nose with citrus, oak wood, pickles, hay, red apples and citrus peel. Fruity, tart taste with notes of oak wood, apple cider vinegar, hay, apricots, yellow plums and lemon. No bitterness. Light body, dry. Woody, acetic and puckering. Nice one.
