In 2022 opende Bruut haar nieuwe brouwerij aan de Spaklerweg 1F.
Speciaalbier is onze passie. Bruut brouwt niet normaal lekker bier met extra veel aandacht voor bierkwaliteit. Onze bieren worden gemaakt in een brouwerij met de modernste brouwtechnologie. Zo kunnen we voldoen aan de kwaliteit waar de markt om vraagt. Het vernieuwen en optimaliseren van onze bieren is een continu proces. Hierbij kunnen we rekenen op technologische adviezen van Biercentrum Delvaux, het toonaangevende kenniscentrum en laboratorium voor ambachtelijke speciaalbieren.
Bruut heeft smaakvolle bieren van de beste kwaliteit. Al onze core-bieren worden in Amsterdam ontwikkeld en gebrouwen bij Brouwerij Anders! (BE) die beschikt over een hightech Duitse GEA-brouwzaal. We brouwen daardoor met de modernste brouwtechnologie wat van beslissende invloed is op de kwaliteit van Bruut bier.

Fles gedeelt met LiekevdV. Het is een troebel geel bier met een wit schuim. Het heeft een moutige geur. De smaak is moutig, gistachtig, beetje banaan en koriander.

Sample from 33 cl bottle. Slightly hazy golden colour with a medium sized white head. Fruity aroma with citrus fruit and grasses. Taste is sweet. Medium bodied. Drying fruity finish.

F: big, almost white, long lasting. C: gold, hazy. A: malty, citrus, bit orange, floral, pineapple touch, spicy. Tap at brewpub. Dark murky brown colour, small brownish head. Chocolaty, bready, yeasty aroma. Medium-bodied. Caramel, cocoa, grass and yeast in the flavour. A bit messy.

Tap at brewpub. A bit hazy orange-amber colour, small white head. Piney, resiny, tropical fruity aroma. Medium-bodied. Sticky bitter, very hoppy. Piney, some fruits. Malts on the lighter side. A bit out of balance - brutal.

On tap at Bar Joost. Reddish brown colour, beige head. Aroma of caramel, tobacco, roast, toast. Flavour of toast, tobacco, caramel, light fruity, a bit hoppy, burnt caramel bitter finish. Light bodied. Decent.

Draft at Little Delirium, Amsterdam. Fairly hazy red brown with a thick creamy head. Aroma of herbs, green weeds, nettles, doughy yeast and malt. Flavour is light moderate sweet and bitter. Light to medium bodied with soft carbonation.
