In 2022 opende Bruut haar nieuwe brouwerij aan de Spaklerweg 1F.
Speciaalbier is onze passie. Bruut brouwt niet normaal lekker bier met extra veel aandacht voor bierkwaliteit. Onze bieren worden gemaakt in een brouwerij met de modernste brouwtechnologie. Zo kunnen we voldoen aan de kwaliteit waar de markt om vraagt. Het vernieuwen en optimaliseren van onze bieren is een continu proces. Hierbij kunnen we rekenen op technologische adviezen van Biercentrum Delvaux, het toonaangevende kenniscentrum en laboratorium voor ambachtelijke speciaalbieren.
Bruut heeft smaakvolle bieren van de beste kwaliteit. Al onze core-bieren worden in Amsterdam ontwikkeld en gebrouwen bij Brouwerij Anders! (BE) die beschikt over een hightech Duitse GEA-brouwzaal. We brouwen daardoor met de modernste brouwtechnologie wat van beslissende invloed is op de kwaliteit van Bruut bier.

Bottle from Hopt. Aroma is peppery saison yeast with fruity notes, citrus, herbal and grassy hoppy notes, some peach, light floral. Flavour is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a somewhat dry finish. Body is medium. Solid Saison.

Bottle from Drankenhandel Leiden. Aroma is fruity hops, citrus, tropical notes, soft mango and orange. Mild bittersweetish taste. Medium body. Not an exceptional hazy Pale, but smooth and pleasant.

From tap at De Markies, Leeuwarden. Aroma is grapefruit, malt, bit candied orange. Sweetish flavour, mild bitter. Touch of caramel. Medium body. Hoppy, ripe grapefruit. Nice.

Bottle 0,33ltr: Hazy orange colored brew with an very unblanced taste, to sweet and to herbal it don’t balanced anywhere. But they are new, i look out for any the improvements in the near future.

Full pour from The Saloon bar in Amsterdam. Sweet with hops, some spice, coriander. Good palate. The best new tripel I have had in a long time. March, 2024.

Bottle, 8.0%. Ok caramelly hop aroma. Almost clear copper colour. Very big stable whitish head. The flavour is caramelly, sweetish, herbal with iron notes. Caramelly finish with an uncompromising bitterness.
