Light red beer with tiny pink head. Accidic aroma with minor notes of raspberry. Taste is very sour like your typical Cantillon and again the pressence of rasberries is close to abscent. A fantastic framboise!

[i] Bottle from BOE 07-10-07 [/i] Poured a wonderful murky orange colour and whilst quite fizzical there was no head. Aroma was tart but the apricots were definitely there. Tasted initially very acidic which took a while to wane but it did and then a strident fruitiness started to flood through with soft fleshy overripe apricots becoming more and more noticeable. This was a nice lambic but I felt that it needed time, initially I wasn’t so fussed but owing to it being a rather large 750ml bottle I noticed that after 45-60 mins later it started tasting so much better. With time the vicious acid bite at the start seemed to mellow a touch obviously that was the case of ones palate getting used to it but also I like to think that maybe a bit of air and the slowing down of that carbonation might have helped.

Hazy orange, not much head. Fruity, sour aroma. Fruity, hayish, blackcurrant and red grape flavor. Some earthy notes, sour aftertaste. Good and extremely drinkable as always from Cantillon.

A rarity shared by the always generous Brewfiend. How the heck did you get this Brad? It pours a dark red color. Aroma of light fruit, yeast, and barnyard with some mold. Flavor combines all of those qualities with an incredible sour flavor. Very smooth. Some carbonation. Truly a work of art and I feel lucky to try it.

750ml bottle. Cherry red with a short-lived pink tinged head. Tart fruit, acidic aroma with plenty of farmyard. The flavour had masses of tart fruit with a dry, acidic finish. Very enjoyable.

750ml bottle. Cloudy pale gold colour with a large off-white head. Powerful aroma of sour green fruit, lemons and the farmyard. The flavour was acidic, with plenty of tart fruit and a mouth puckering finish. Excellent.

Draught @ The Rake, Borough. Pours a pinkish reddish color with a pinkish white head. Fruity tart raspberry aroma. Tart fruity and sour raspberry flavor. Fruity tart finish with a long aftertaste of raspberries.

75 cL bottle, thanks to Thomas_E. Pours hazy yellow with a little lacing head. Slight classic geuze aroma but more mellow and with a slight peppery note. Quite citric to acidic flavour, dry and fruity.

Deep cherry red color, small white head. Semi-sour fruity rasberry aroma. Sour Cantillon, extremely fruity mouth-drying rasberry flavor. Sour fruity aftertaste. Another quality lambic from Cantillon. 7 yrs ageing hasn’t changed this any worse.
