Schooner on tap at Springfield Tavern. Pale translucent green/grey. A few bubbles cling. Zero head, pleasant sweet ginger nose. Zingy in the mouth, very sweet, easy drinking. Slight cardboard finish, a little bit of ginger burn. Drinkable mid-strength alternative but an absolute rip off ($13).

330ml bottle. Opalescent, orange golden colour with small to average, frothy, slowly diminishing, moderately lasting, white head. Weak, minimally artificial, citrusy fruity aroma, slightly disguised, minimally grainy, pale malty background, hints of lime, lime juice. Taste is minimally grainy and strawy, pale malty with low residual sweetness and slightly citrusy fruity, hints of lime, lime juice, minimally soapy, hoppy overtones; dry, minimally tart-ish, zesty finish.
Minimally oily, watery texture, smooth and soft in the finish quite dry, almost a tad astringent palate, very fine, dense, soft, creamy carbonation.
Not too artificial, fairly refreshing - acceptable.

375ml bottle. Clear, orange, dark golden colour with small to average, frothy, slowly diminishing, moderately lacing, white head. Grainy, strawy, malty aroma, minimally soapy, hoppy overtones. Taste is sweet-ish, slightly grainy and strawy, malty, mildly bitter hoppy, minimally mineral, hints of honey covered cereals; minimally soapy, hoppy finish.
Minimally oily-watery texture, smooth, simultaneously minimally dry palate, medium to fine, dense, mildly prickly carbonation.
Clea, simple and monotonous - meh!

02.07.2016, It is a typical macrobrewery. It is a nice one when you go out and the heat is high, refreshing, malt, corn, watery, few hop. It was one typical beer going out in Brisbane in 2004 or 2005, at this thime I didn't have an idea of the craft beer because at this time I was not so curious, drinkable one, acceptable.

Clear gold, brief white head which doesn't last. Aroma of sweet malts, touch of caramel. Taste is the same, a hint of toast in the mild bitter finish. I don't mind this actually, its basic but perfectly pleasant.
