bottle, cafe in rethymnon clear yellow, large thick white head. malty honey aroma, sweet and mild. flavor is flowery, honey, mild hops. mild and well composed organic beer. well balanced. good flavor. retasted twice, the second sampling was way worse than the first two. third was grassy, cabbage, sort of bitter, not much hops, tasted like bad homebrew. i think the quality/flavor might be up and down for different batches. however, a good batch really tastes very good.

Bottled. Clear amber, rich head. Bready malt aroma. Medium sweet with light-medium body and pleasantly soft mouthfeel. Notes of coffee and caramel. A well balanced enjoyable unpretentious beer, very German in style.

Bottled. Hazy golden, enormous head. Buttery malt aroma. Sweet and soft with very low hop rate. I can sense some light grass and some light buttery pop corn. Low bitterness. Quality malt profile, but well light in flavour.

Bottled 0,33l. Pale yellowish colour. A bit hazy. A pretty white head. An oily impression, but nice hints of fruit. Dry bitter lasting aftertaste. Fine sediments in the bottle. Thanks to Rune for bringing it as a gift all the way from Crete.
