Description
Labatt has deep roots in Canada stemming from its founder John Kinder. In 1847, a little more than a decade after arriving in London, Ontario from Ireland, John Kinder Labatt purchased London's Simcoe Street brewery in partnership with Samuel Eccles and by 1855 had become the brewery's sole proprietor. The brewery was later renamed John Labatt's Brewery, marking the beginning of one of Canada's largest and most successful companies.
In 1995, it was purchased by Belgian brewer Interbrew. Labatt is now part of the new company, Anheuser-Busch InBev (AB InBev).

Pours dark, w/moderate head. Aroma is cafe, it’s not bad but needs more complexity IMO.

Clear pale golden color with a thin white head that fizzes away quickly to an outer ring. Spotty lace. Aroma of apple juice and malt. Light body with flavors of apple pie filling and grainy malt. The finish is like a fizzy kids' grocery store apple juice. Not a good beer.

Bottle. Yuck. Not very good. I notice it didn't stick around long. Artificial apple aroma and taste.

Shockingly artificial. I was expecting fake peach flavouring, but this is off the charts. Undrinkably cloying. Drain pour.

Can from the LCBO.
yellow pour, with no head. Is exactly what you'd expect. A tasteless beer coupled with mango flavouring. Adult juice.

Can from the lcbo. It's bud light, with fake, very sweet strawberry flavouring. There is no resemblance whatsoever of beer here. Granted, calling bud light beer is a stretch to begin with, but I digress. There is also a vey earthy, almost moldy aftertaste, what the hell?! Drain pour.

Can. Cloying you sweet combo of Watery tasteless beer, and a super sweet artificial cider. Just nasty.
