About
Beerstorming is an invitation to the imagination, the elaboration and the brewing of your own beer. During an evening you will exchange your ideas, opinions and desires about new recipes, in a Saint Gilloise pico-brewery. Alongside an experienced and passionate master brewer, you will follow the different steps of brewing, brainstorming between yourselves.
Beerstorming can also be enjoyed in your favorite bars, restaurants, shops or be delivered to your doorstep.

Bottle. Pours amber, good white head. Smell is spicy, mostly cardamon. Taste is bit bitter, big on the spices. Mild malty / Light yeasty background. Spices kinda overpowers, especially the cardamon. Don’t really get the cloves. OK beer, too spiced for myself though.

Bottle pours out brown topped with a small fizzy head. Nose is nutty wood notes belg candy sugar and some yeast. Taste is more of the nose with a light spice aswell.

Tap @ the brewpub. Pours unclear amber, small white head. Smell is fresh, malty, creamy. Taste is full, sharp, rather bitter. Some aromatic spices. Too complex for an easy drinker, to boring for a sampling beer. Kinda in the grey middle zone

Bottle shared @ RBBWG 2017. Many thanks! Dark brown colour, beige foam. Nose of caramel, lots of spices, nuts. bit sirupy, Harsh bitter.

Draft at the source. Clear deep amber color fluffy white head. Nice earthy nutty fruity aroma. Taste is lightly bitter and earthy. Tasty.

Pours unclear, dark amber. Good white head. Smell is gentle, soft hoppyness. Very creamy. Taste is soft, gentle, bit bitter, creamy hops. Very nice !

Draft at the source. Hazy golden color. Aroma of tannins and lemon. Taste had more tannins, herbal citrus. OK.
