Bouteille 33cl.

Clear pale yellow beer, huge frothy white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: very dirty start, pretty funky, sourish, bit fruity, green apples, some banana and a little lemony, grains and malts are present as well. MF: soft carbon, light to medium body. Taste: dirty and weird start, pretty sour, lactic acidity, overripe fruit. Aftertaste: more sourness, lactic, lemony, bit fruity, notes of cheese and still a bit dirty. Nope, I'm not digging this.

Draft glass @ Beerstorming. Quite hazy golden with a creamy white head. Nose is weird, oat, paper, flowers, coriander, raw, oatmeal. Taste is strange milky wheat, milky yeast, candy, faintly sour. Messy & overly sweet in the end. This one is a bit lost on me but this isn’t really my style & it is unusual at least.

Sampled draft @ Beerstorming. Hazy orange with a big creamy white head. Nose carries faint milky yeast, white sugar & banana, touch candy, simple & pleasant. Taste is sweet banana, light German-style fish guts note, vanilla, white sugar, candy. Creamy sugar & banana body. Simple, classical & pleasant. Pretty nice especially at this ABV.

Sampled draft @ Beerstorming. Hazy & indeed tangerine orange colored with a creamy off-white head. Nose is a bit malty, sweetish candy sugar, rather heavy on milky yeast. Taste is sweetish milky yeast, light candy, light sugar, sweetish clear malt. Milky yeast. Not getting that much hop here to be honest. Milky yeast is a bit too dominant, decent but could have been way more outspoken for me especially given that this is an IPA.

Sampled draft @ Beerstorming. Bright red amber with a huge creamy tanned head. Nose is big milky yeast, sweetish peach & I suppose pineapple by the power of suggestion. Taste is sweet, milky yeast, sugar, bit fizzy, not really getting pineapple to be honest, a rather neutral beer with some milky yeast. Okay, rather too heavy on the milky yeast for me.

Sampled draft @ Beerstorming. Dark reddish amber, big bubbles off-white head. Nose is sweetish flowers in a very pleasant fashion, low candy, pleasant candy sugar & malts. Taste is dominant sweet flowers in a good way & pine cones, sweetish orange peel, low candy sugar, fruity, malt. Body is a bit fizzy. Big flower presence that I get (presumably rose) is surprisingly present, comes across as enjoyable sweet flowers.
