At ZBF 15. Thnx for sharing, everyone ! Pours unclear amber, good white head. Smell is fruity, hops. Taste is bitter, fruity. Nice malty base. Very balanced, very nice ! Rerate At Bierfestival Dijleschuimers. similar review, similar score. Gave it 3.7 in stead of the earlier 3.9

Re-rate August 3rd, 2016. Just a short comment: another try at a new batch and the beer just keeps on getting better. Awesome mix between fruit hop and bitter hop. Absolutely superb! +.2 to a 4.5 (old rating: 9-5-9-4-16) -- Re-rate May 15th 2015. Bottle @ VanMoll Brewpub. Clear lightly rusty orange color, medium sized white head that lasts for quite a while and leaves fair to good lacing. Aroma is malts, lovely hoppy and fruity, lightly grassy, lightly floral. Taste malts, hops, fruity, fruit hops, slightly grapefruit, lightly floral hops, moderately bitter consisting mainly of fruity bitterness. Lovely. Way better than last time, but I actually knew the beer was too young still when I tried it the first time. Medium body and carbonation. Very good! -- Original rating: Sampled from bottle @ Van Moll Brewpub, Eindhoven. Clear orange color, medium sized white head that lasts for quite a while. Aroma is malts, hops, grassy, grassy hops, quite floral. Taste lightly malts, hops, floral, sweetish, blossom, floral a bit sweetish hops, with a decent bitter aftertaste. Decent body, firm carbonation. 7-4-7-3-15=3.6

Bottle shared by Erwin van Moll, small sample. Slight hazy golden color, medium frothy head. Aroma of soft tropical fruit, slight biscuity malt, bit citrus, grapefruit. Soft to medium bitter in taste. Quite clean. Not as powerful as Valhalla and some of his more experimental IPAs, but nicely balanced and a very easy drinker.

Thanks to Benzai! 330 ml. bottle sampled @ ZBF 2015. “Doerak” sounds like Idiot in Russian. Anyway, BBF 13/04/2017. So 12 days old? Hazy orange, little head. Nose is big fruity apricot with lots of pine, light hay, mixed well with some caramel. Taste is big on pine resin but not in an overly aggressive way, caramel malts & overripe peach, faint grass, touch mango,… Good solid body. Pretty nice & pleasant beer to drink. Nice.

Taste: very fruity start, bitter, grapefruit, citrus, some alcohol, piny touch. Aftertaste: some caramel malts, very bitter, grapefruit, bit medicinal finish.

Tap @ van Moll, large sample. Slight hazy golden to orange color, short frothy head quickly diminishing to a flat beer. Slight fruity nose, bit rhubarb, hint of tartness, bit citrus. Soft sour taste, bit sweet, rhubarb, slight fruity raspberry. Easy drinker, but could have a bit more refreshing tartness for me.

Tap @ Van Moll, large sample. Slight hazy yellow color, big frothy white head. Aroma is a bit grainy, wheat-like, some citrus, bit grassy hop as well. Soft sweet in taste, soft bitterness. Getting close to a belgian white, but a bit more hopped. Lots of flavor, quite nice.

Shared bottle. Black with lasting beige head. Lots of coffee and roasted grains up front. Some sweet red fruits, marzipan, chocolate cake, very roasted finish again with iced coffee. Medium sweet with medium bitter finish. Medium to full bodied with full carbonation. Quite strong on the coffee, but very nice beer.
