Draught @ Van Moll Brewpub. Clear orangy color, average sized white to off-white head. Aroma is malts, quite hoppy, not that fruity it appears. Taste malts, hops, bitter hops, very bitter. I can handle it because I like bitterness, but I can understand people saying it is unbalanced. Oh well, one less successful beer, you can’t always win.

Draught @ Van Moll Brewpub. Lightly hazy yellow golden color, medium sized white head. Aroma is floral, hoppy, blossom. Taste lightly malts, something indescribable so I contribute that to the "spelt", softly bitter, lightly floral. Suitable light body, a bit too much carbonation imo. Lovely beer, but I would like to taste the flavors better which would be the case if it has less carbonation. Still, a very nice brew. -- Drank this a couple more times and love it more and more. Great beer every time I try it. Even though the carbonation still is a little bit high. Original rating was 9-4-7-2-16.

Deep clear amber color, decent white head. Aroma has yeast, some malts and caramel. Medium-bodied. Grassy, yeasty flavor with some bitterness. Some caramalt in the backbone. American hops has lost their powa, yeast dominates a bit too much.

Pale yellow with thin, soapy head. Aroma and flavour have sweet malt, a light yeastiness and just a hint of fruity hop.

Draught @ Oud Brabant, Oirschot. Clear golden color, medium to full sized dense white head that lasts for a decent while. Aroma is full of hops, fruity hops, lightly blossom. Taste malts, hops, fruity hops, a firm bitterness. Lingering mix of lightly fruit hops and nicely bitter. Medium body and carbonation.

[ As Van Moll Toewijding ].Light unclear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate yeasty, spicy, light coriander. Flavour is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, spicy, herbs, vegetables, pale malt, light yeasty. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20140809]

Tap @ Drie Dorstige Herten. Hazy dark golden coloured, off-white head. Nose is hoppy, dry, grapefruits. Flavour is astringent and dry grapefruit hops. Very bitter, not very juicy or fruity. Unbalanced.

Draught @ Van Moll Brewpub. Lightly unclear orangy color, very small white to off-white head that diminishes quickly. Aroma is quite soft, just a light touch of sweetish raspberry. Taste is lightly sour, a touch of rhubarb mixed with a slight touch of raspberry sour. I would have liked the raspberries to be a bit more prominent. Very dry finish, decent body and carbonation. Decent first attempt at a berliner weisse.
