Bottle at home. Aroma is fruity hops, pine resin, grapefruit, tropical fruits, soft roasted malt, hint of coffee. Flavour is moderate sweet with a bitter finish. Body is medium. Nice and tasty, a bit hopforward, could use a liltle heavier malt backbone in order to make it a smashing Black IPA. Still, very nice.

From tap at Oersoep Craft Beer Festival 2016. Aroma is freshly squeezed orange juice, lemon juice, "bitter lemon", sour citrus, hoppy notes. Flavour is sourish and medium bitter. Body is medium. Incredible, out of this world fruity and juicy. Definitely the big surprise of the festival for me.

Bottle from Speciaalbierpakket. Aroma is resinous hops, sweet caramel malt, pine resin, ripe fruits, candied orange, tangerine, tropical notes, and some alcohol. Flavour is sweet and firmly bitter with a long bittersweet finish. A bit boozy. Body is above medium. Soft and sweetish resinous candied fruit IIPA, rich and smooth. Tasty slow sipping beer.

Bottle from Speciaalbierpakket. Aroma is dark malt, liquorice, hops, caramel toffee, roast, candy, marzipan, touch of fruits and booze. Flavour is candied sweetness and medium bitter. Body is medium to full. Heavy on the candy and sweetness with liquorice and toffee. Not bad to sip on.

From a growler freshly tapped at Van Moll brewpub, courtesy of Benzai, thanks! Aroma is grainy malt with modest fruity hops including some citrus and grapefruity notes. Moderate sweet with a moderate to medium bitter finish. Body is medium. Nice ’spelt IPA’.

From tap at Van Moll, Eindhoven. On the board as a New England style IPA. Aroma is very herbal with notes of vegetables, soft hops, pickles, marijuana and a mild fruity touch. Flavour is medium bitter. Body is medium. Not a great NE style IPA, too heavy on the herbal and vegetable notes. Lacks refinement, like most Dutch attempts at this style.

Bottle from a local bottle shop. Aroma is dark malt, caramel toffee, cocoa, some chocolate, dried fruit with raisins, and mild roast. Flavour is sweet and light to moderate bitter. Body is medium. Pretty tasty Doppelbock.
