Nice grassy hops and cereal malt in the nose, that comes across a bit malt forward. Medium full body, with aggressive bitterness. Excellent grassy hops nose. Very clean and balanced. Excellent

Bottle from the brewery. Nutty malt nose, bread, light caramel, toast. Very nice. Deep amber to medium brown. low head. I think these were bottled from the keg or something, as many have had this issue. Nutty, toasty bready flavor, nice caramel, touch of roastiness, dry finish with a nice hop bite. They nailed the style. I think there is a slight covid-related bottling issue, as the carbonation is also a touch too low. Otherwise great.

Bottle from the brewery. Lightly grassy, herbal, citrus hop nose, clean malt. Just slightly bready. Clear gold with a fast-fading head. Fruity, citrusy flavor, nice hops. They are noble but very cleanly lemony, slightly spicy, and very bitter. Low malt character like a Northern pils. Super crisp, clean, and hoppy. Tastes lovely. Nose could be a bit more prominent, as could the head. Want to try on tap.

Bottle from the brewery, as Helles Lager 4.5%. Biscuity, bready malt nose, very nice, rich malts. A bit of lemony, spicy noble hops. Great nose. Bright, clear gold. Head fades too fast. Bready flavor, soft, malty, just right. Touch of hops. Fluffy, fresh baked bread-like body. This ticks all the boxes. Just slightly under-carbonated maybe. Most authentic Helles in Japan--this year anyway.

Bottle from the brewery. Dark brown, almost black, with a thick, pretty, airy pale tan head. Nose is dark chocolate, toasted dark bread, light cafe au lait, a touch of licorice, a fine berry note. Complex malt character, quite authentically Czech. More coffee roastiness in the flavor, toast, dark chocolate. The finish is roasty, not burnt, with a touch of hoppiness and some berries. Crisp and rather light despite being so malty. Maybe a bit thin. Not sweet. Just a bit in the middle, but dry finish. Very nice.

beautiful deep golden color. Frothy white head. Excellent herbal hop character with some biscuit malt in the background. The herbal character is really fantastic. Wow. Sharp, crisp hops, excellent maltiness and superb herbally. Super clean. Hands down one of the best Pilsners made in japan.

Keyaki. Low in flavour apart from ones that might not be supposed to be there. Apples... bit of caramel. Not great at all.

Keyaki. Light caramel, little hoppiness but more sweet. Something a little fruity. Bit boring in my opinion.
