Draft at Atom Milano Ginza Tokyo. Hazy rust colour, creamy beige head. Aroma of earth, caramel malt, faint metal, and nuts, finishes with burnt sugar. Soft carbon. Medium bitter, lightly sweet.

Real mystery. No idea what the name means. Sour and dry. Lots of blueberry. Fruity and tart. Nice stuff! Intial burst of geueze like sourness. So dry. Not sure what’s going on, but I like it.

Maybe it’s the fatalist in me, but I wanted to try a beer with fruit and water from Fukushima. Not a good beer, though, even for ji-beer.

Tap at iBrew. Lots of orange, although wheaty and light banana too. Quite like the crisp citrus finish. Surprisingly nice.
