The Dandy Brewing Company is Calgary's original little brewery that embraces being a Dandy whatever that looks like. We produce inspired beers, styles we have fallen in love with, in small batches with lots of care.

On-site, we are pleased to offer a unique brewery experience featuring a full-service tasting room restaurant with an exquisite menu of fine drinking food, a curated selection of cocktails, glass pours of selected wines, and a wide selection of Dandy beers brewed on-site.

Bottle sample at Farmhouse Fest 2022, pours a cloudy bright yellow with a small white head. Aroma is full of yogurty notes, with a touch of bugginess. Flavour is a yogurty lacto bomb, with lots of yogurt and little else. Is this supposed to be a wild beer? Apparently it is. Original review text: On tap at Dandy, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of lacto upfront, with tart fruits and yogurty notes. Flavour is quite bright, with lacto, some tart stone fruits, and biscuity malt. Dry and bright. Good stuff.

473 ml can. Pours a tawny color with little head. Light aromas of toasted malts and baked banana, Flavors of creamy banana and wheat. Maybe a bit of cloves. Heavy and thick.

473ml can. Pours a hazy dark brown with red hue and a medium, foamy, long lasting, beige head that leaves curtains of lace. Semi-sweet aroma of roasted caramel malt, dark chocolate, grapefruit, light coffee and piney hops. Sweet flavour of lightly roasted caramel malt, grapefruit, licorice, dark chocolate and pine resin in a dry, bitter finish. Medium body with an oily texture and average carbonation. Tasty and enjoyable.

473ml can. Pours a slightly hazy amber-gold with a medium, foamy, long lasting, white head that leaves thick, soapy lacing. Aroma of spicy rye malt, grainy wheat, apricot, leather, Brett and floral hops. Sweet fruity flavour of bready wheat malt, nectarine, tangerine, banana, Brett, and floral hops in a dry, mild bitter finish. Light to medium body with a smooth, oily texture and soft carbonation. Tasty and well done.

Opaque, bubbly head. aroma is overripe fruit (diacetyl) and alcohol, so all kinds of nope. Lots of alcohol, not much that you’d call positive. Yeah, nope.

Sort of an ugly tan colour, opaque, big thick head. It’s quite yeasty, moderate bitterness, light pineapple fruitiness. A bit messy in that yeastiness, especially because it obfuscates the delicate character of the wheaty base.
