Aromas are mainly grain. Flavors are dominated by sweet with good carbonation to balance. Adjuncts stand out. A little bitterness in the finish.

Bottle. Good looking beer clear body with white head. Light malt aroma. Almost no flavour. a little bit of grain. No finish. I would not drink this again.

Can on a Jetstar flight from Singapore to Siem Reap. Poured a clear yellow orange golden colour with a short-lived frothy white head and a few bubbles. The aroma is sweet corn, light cardboard, mineral. The flavour is light sweet with a crisp, sweet malt, light dry woody hop bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation.

350ml can from a convenience store in Tokyo. Light amber and filtered ultra clear; nose of cheap malt and light unidentifiable bitterness. Flavor makes it hard to believe it's an ale (so light). Hop level less than a pils makes it hard to justify even calling this a session IPA. Nevertheless, a more interesting flavor than a standard Kirin, Sapporo, or Asahi. There are some subtle citrus notes behind the grain-y, slightly astringent taste. A decent convenience store road beer or hostel beer.

Can from Mini-Stop, a clear gold with a fizzy/foamy gold head. The aroma is lightly hopped but mostly grainy. Medium to light bodied but somewhat slick in mouthfeel. The taste is grainy sweet, a bit French saison or grainy golden ale like but not all that IPA like (session or otherwise). Passable as a beer kind of lame as a session ipa.
