Tap. Very dark brown with a light tan head that fades fairly fast. Aroma of sticky breadcrusts earthy, nuts - would have guessed chestnuts, but there’s a pleasant fresh mealiness about them even though they’re erm not nuts. Decent body for well under 5%, sweet w breadcrusts and nuts, some chocolate. Modest bitterness is enough to clean up. Good, very much in the soothing "proper" brown ale camp rather than attempting something vibrant.

Schooner on tap. Inviting hop aroma. Clear golden amber beer with solid white head. No carbonation. Hops-a-plenty, but a bit restrained. A superior quaffer. Lovely cashew sweetness in the finish.

(On Tap) Cloudy yellow with decent head. Aroma is lemon and funk. Medium body with great soft carbonation. Taste is tart, spicy with nice bitter notes. A good saison.

Amber-brown, light haze and a thin head. Toasty, mellow caramel. A fair bit of bitterness.

Hazy light amber with a thin head. Fresh tangerine and melon hops on the nose. Fruity palate, moderate bitterness. The pale malts back up these fruity aussie hops nicely.
