In 2015 it was decided to dispense with the brewpub and move to an industrial estate, dedicating ourselves 100% to manufacturing and distribution, and acquiring new equipment and machinery that allowed us to triple the production volume and automate much of the process. The company aspires to continue growing and improving the quality of its beers day by day.

Burk Dipa provning. Orangefärgad dryck. Doftar? Lite badrum och parfymerad tvål. Smakar rätt mycket apelsin sen bittrare grape och avslutas med Brewski bitterhet tyvär. Är detta Spaniens svar på Brewski dipa bitterhet?

Can shared at Vál. It delivers everything it says on the can; it has vanilla, earthy, dry coffee and there’s some cocoa powder as well, but it’s not well-rounded enough and feels pretty thin, drinks waaaay below the ABV.

Bottle from Bierkoning, Amsterdam. Bit murky looking beer. Aroma is juicy fruity hops, tropical fruits, grapefruit, some pineapple, soft biscuity malt. Flavour is lightly sweet with a nice firm hoppy bitter and dry finish. Body is medium. Nicely fruity and hoppy aroma with a bitter flavour to match, could use a bit smoother body, but very good IPA as it stands.

Bottle from Bierkoning, Amsterdam. Aroma is bretty farmhouse funk, fruity notes with lemon, bit wheaty malt, gooseberries, sourish and sweet grapes with a slight herbal touch. Flavour is moderate sweet and a bit tart with a nice mild sourish touch and a fairly dry finish. Body is medium. I am not a fan of Children of Bodom, way overproduced and overrated, but I like the farmhouse funk this beer brings.

Bottle from Bierkoning, Amsterdam. Aroma is sweetish biscuity malt, hops, citrus, orange, pine resin, caramel and soft herbal tea notes. Flavour is above moderate sweet and medium bitter. Body is medium. On the caramel malty side of IIPA, but has some tasty hoppy orange. Hardly a world class IIPA but certainly enjoyable.

Bottle from Bierkoning, Amsterdam. Aroma is sweet dark malt, roast, mild smoke, cocoa, liquorice, coffee, mild peat, caramel, dark chocolate, touch of dark fruits. Flavour is fairly sweet with some roasty bitterness in the finish and a slight hint of booze. Body is above medium, not as full as I’d hoped, and a bit disappointingly undercarbonated. I quite dig the aroma though.

Bottle from Speciaalbierpakket. Aroma is sweet rye malt, caramel toffee, sweet dried fruits, alcohol, raisins, yeast sugary notes, with only a slight hint of Bourbon barrel with some vanilla. Flavour is massively cloying sugary sweetness with booze. Body is medium to full. Hot and unbalanced, way too sweet, lacks complexity. Yikes, not for me at all.

Bottle from Speciaalbierpakket. A bit murky looking with huge yeast flakes. Fruity hoppy aroma with tropical fruits, juicy citrus, pale malt, orange, notes of grapefruit and a touch of alcohol. Flavour is light to moderate sweet with an almost harsh bitterness in the finish. Body is medium. Aroma has some nice fruity hops, but between the bitterness and alcohol there is an element of harshness to the finish. Enjoyable, but hardly great, there are some rough edges.
