Description
ABC has started gypsy brewing (meaning they are using other brewery facilities to brew and package their beer) through Twelve Percent Beer Project.

Abomination - A thing that causes disgust or hatred.

While our beer certainly won't cause you disgust, it is a founding idea the company was based on. Dating as far back as 1487 the Reinheistgebot or, German beer purity act, had varying degrees of stringency across the centuries. beer could only be: hops, barley, water, and yeast. well, fuck that.

Abomination is here to usurp these laws, and show that there is beauty in disgust and curiosity beyond hatred. What are bounds but construct of man? Should anyone be confined to laws other than that of science and fact? We pilgrimage to these thoughts, and it is here that we reside. To push bounds.

Can to tulip.
Appearance: cardboard orange haziness, two finger white foamy head dissipated finely to leave some messy lace
Aroma: citrusy to woody hoppiness, small herbal tones, clean malts
Flavor: blends the prior mentioned aromas bittersweetly with a juicy hoppy aftertaste
Texture: about medium bodied, good sipper, smooty juicy finish
Overall: I'd say a very nicely done NEDIPA well worthy of having again.

16 oz. can. Aroma is orange, melon, and abundant sweet bread. Like Hawaiian rolls. Flavor follows. Has a strong amount of juice texture with almost no bitterness. Maybe a touch of herb. I really liked it for the first 7 or 8 ounces. Then the sweetness really starts to stack up.

16 oz can Aroma is a mixture of passionfruit, mango, and white grape like hints. The flavor is a wonderful expression of the aroma. Tons of juicy tropical fruit with grapelike notes. Texture explodes with juice. This is indeed a juice monster! Best I’ve had from abomination in a while!

Pours hazy pale yellow with a small head. It’s another strong, citrusy hazy. Juicy and resinous. Mild to moderate bitterness. Good.

Pint can pours with a murky opaque dirty gold colored body that supports a dirty off white head of foam. The modest aroma offers up vague citrus and grapefruit and maybe a bit of white grape. The taste is . . . whoa, what the fuck. Why is this so damn sweet. It is soft, it is sweet, it is juicy but man, the sweetness is the dominant flavor. Gross. I may not finish this.
