Description
ABC has started gypsy brewing (meaning they are using other brewery facilities to brew and package their beer) through Twelve Percent Beer Project.

Abomination - A thing that causes disgust or hatred.

While our beer certainly won't cause you disgust, it is a founding idea the company was based on. Dating as far back as 1487 the Reinheistgebot or, German beer purity act, had varying degrees of stringency across the centuries. beer could only be: hops, barley, water, and yeast. well, fuck that.

Abomination is here to usurp these laws, and show that there is beauty in disgust and curiosity beyond hatred. What are bounds but construct of man? Should anyone be confined to laws other than that of science and fact? We pilgrimage to these thoughts, and it is here that we reside. To push bounds.

Dark brown. Aroma is quite chocolatey, on the palate thick, mostly chocolate, maybe a bit of pistachio fattiness.

16 oz can. Aroma is orange, bready. I don’t understand the date code, so who knows how old it is. Pours murky orange with a one finger bone white head with decent retention. Taste is sweet with some background pithy bitterness. Yeasty, overly sweet.

16 oz. Shows a chocolate, mild vanilla, cherry. In the flavor you can’t find much pistachio. For some reason there is cherry that I found in the aroma.
Body is full with a bit of booze in the finish. Well made although I wish I would’ve spilt the can. Decent but doesn’t really resemble Dubai chocolate.

16 ounce can from Hamilton Super BuyRite. Hazy yellow gold pour. Frothy white head. Citrusy aroma hints at lemon and apricot. Flavors of orange, lemon, pineapple and grapefruit. Light in body, but good flavor. I should be drinking this on the beach.

Interesting, fruity and malty with berry fruity notes taking the lead, sweet but also lightly tangy berry notes of blueberry and blackberry, medium body, nice sweet malty backbone, berry fruity hoppy finish. Didn’t initially take to this but a grower.
