All my other gizmos were from the garage on tap, this is the first I've had in a can. It was a gift from my daughter for christmas 2020. Very strong permeating nose with pop of can, at first its sweet and nearly artificial and then it is almost like something is nearly rotten, quite weird. It pours hazy light pale with a big foamy and rocky white head. Yes, the nose eventually becomes almost impossible to smell, it is quite rotten. Taste is odd mi;ld salt on strawberry, not sure what to think of this. The nasty smell at least reveals itself with a somewhat medium strawberry flavor. I would really like to know if this is real strawberries or just simply some artificial strawberry flavoring added. Yea, the nose is something to overcome but beer tasting experience is not so bad overall.

Week old can A: Poured a full inch of lasting tan foam and sludgy dark brown body. S: I get dark chocolate and that green artificial mint note. T: Strong, dry mint notes overwhelm. Hot doublemint more than peppermint. Chocolate is there but is completely dominated by mint. M: Active carbonation, light medium body and a dry crisp finish. O: With the dirty appearance, candy-like smell and medicine-y taste, there's little to recommend about this. Maybe better with some age.

Week old pint can A: Pours clear pale to medium gold with a short fast falling head. S: Light aroma of fresh sweet grapefruit, flowers and light wood. T: Dry and quite bitter grapefruit pith and a bit of tart pulp featured. Floral and woody residual notes. Simple but good. M: Stiff carbonation and a clean, bone dry finish. Highly Refreshing. O: Not complex but a great showcase for Idaho 7. Really nice.

6 month old bomber A: Poured cloudy pale gold with a short fast falling head. S: Light citrus aroma heavy on lime with a bit of rye or wheat. T: Very dry indeed with lemon lime pith and pulp joined by lightly toasted baguette or similar rustic white bread, noticeable alcohol and woody aftertaste. M: Strong but fine carbonation lends a light sparkling wine mouthfeel though the finish is a bit oily. O: I was never a fan of this style but this is easily as good as I've had and probably the best. Plus it is past its prime so overall very solid.

5 day old can A: Poured a 2 tan head atop a fairly clear dull reddish drown body. Good retention and sheets of lace. S: Sweet creamy coffee and maple or molasses along with actual pancake batter. Cloying aroma. T: Bitter chocolate and a lightly tart fruity note all while sour bread and pancake syrup hang in the background. Better than the smell but still too sweet. M: Medium light with low carbonation and a lightly sticky finish. O: Beer that mimics pancake syrup? OK I guess but I couldn't finish 2.

2 week old can A: Poured 1 of beige foam atop a mostly clear light gold body. Good retention and spotty lace. S: Light aroma of toast, honey, grass and flowers. T: Follows the nose but with more pronounced herbal hop bitterness and a green floral aspect to finish. Very little of the expected vinous apple or grape. M: Smooth and light with soft coating carbonation and slick finish. O: The lavender seems to be kept in check, leaving this a nice if fairly indistinct Kolsch. Worth a buy while it's around.

7 week old can A: Hazy medium gold pour with fine sediment. Short white head fell fast to a ring. S: Flowers, herbs and honey with a bit of banana. T: Slightly bitter herbal hops, dry wheat crackers and even some pine. Soft clove and honey sweetness lingers into the aftertaste. M: Fine but lively carbonation wash. Light and crisp. Wet sweet finish. O: Nice well balanced flavors but ultimately a bit too sweet for another.

9 day old pint can A: Poured a short but stubborn bubbly white head atop a very clear brassy gold. S: Light sweet watery scent but I do get tangerine and mango with honeysuckle and graham cracker underneath. T: Wood and orange zest hit at once. Bitter citrus pith joins the wood resin. Ends biscuity. M: Very light and fairly thin with average carbonation and light resin. O: Lackluster aroma and mouthfeel give way to brash, tasty and nicely balanced flavors. Very good. And it's not hazy!

3 month old can A: Poured a huge but fast falling white frothy head atop a dull pale yellow body. Minimal lace. S: Bright, fresh tart strawberry aroma. A hint of alcohol suggests wine. T: Puckeringly sour then a mineral note follows. There is a little salt on the lips but the strawberry is low in the mix. Mineral and fruit finish. M: Light, clean and fizzy. Tart finish. O: So sour I can't be sure what fruit I taste. I'll keep trying goses but...

2 week old pint can A: Poured 1/2 of long lasting creamy foam atop a crystal clear medium gold body. Rings of lace. S: Fresh orange and tangerine citrus, floral notes and light caramel T: Bitter and pithy with grapefruit pith and orange zest. Tart citrus pulp then joins lightly toasted bread and wood at the end. Low sweetness. M: Medium light and crisply carbonated. Low resin, otherwise clean. O: Impressive flavor balance. Refreshing change from haze. Very good!
