Growler brought home.
This was poured into a becher pint glass.
The appearance was a moderately rust/copper color with a finger’s worth of white foamy head that slid off at a nice pace. Light stringy lace.
The aroma had a nice blend of sweet dankiness to some citrusy pulp sweet to bitter hop qualities flowing gently into some light pine and earthiness. Subtle herbal, but somewhat coming across with a sly floral effect.
The flavor was somewhat sweet with a growing bitterness trying to absorb the sweetness. Some light dried grassy/hay-like features meld in there. Aftertaste absorbed the sweetness and brought the finish somewhat quick with the sweet and bitter and a subtle floral dryness.
The palate was almost medium bodied with a good sessionability about it. ABV was nice where it was.
Overall, really hoping they bring this one back this Summer! Would be perfect with some grilled seafood.

This was poured into a tulip.
The appearance was a light golden bronze color with a finger’s worth of white flimsy head. Light lace after the head subsided.
The aroma had some sweet peach flesh, grassy sweet hops, light dough, white pepper and a touch of citrus.
The flavor leaned into the sweetness at first and developed a sly pepper to doughy character as it warmed. Nicely blended aftertaste and finish.
The feel was between light and medium bodied with a fair sessionability about it. Good carbonation and the ABV felt fine as well.
Overall, worthy saison to have again.

Both were poured into snifters, the appearance was a dark brown close to black color with a finger’s worth of off white foamy head that glistened, held for a little bit and gently fell off. Sly lace.
The aroma had a nice blend of sweet milk chocolate to clean caramel malts. Butterscotch and some sweet coffee creamer roll in to compliment nicely. Super light vanilla beans and a husky dry woodiness clings to the overall aroma.
The flavor blended the wet sweetness of the milk chocolate, caramel and butterscotch notes to the dry sweet woodiness. Vanilla beans create some smooth silky ebb and flow on my taste buds. Lenient semi-sweet dry aftertaste and finish.
The feel was medium bodied with a fair sipping quality due to the noticeable ABV. Though I was expecting that to come, I didn’t mind some boozy details to slide in on the feel of this.
Overall, nicely done imperial stout, I was afraid after reading the description above that this was going to be a cloying mess but it wasn’t. Looking forward to having this next Winter!

A deep dark IPA with a thin brown head. In aroma, a beautiful mix of sweet chocolate malt, loads of coffee grind, musty character, alcohol warmth, very nice and complex. In mouth, a nice chocolate malt with light curry notes, roasted coffee notes, licorice notes, molasses, alcohol warmth very nice and surprising. On tap at brewery.

A hazed golden saison with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light pepper notes, light coriander, curacao, light and smooth. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light coriander, banana esters, cloves, curacao, oily mouth feel, pleasant. On tap at brewery.

A hazed golden ale with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with citrusy floral hops, light lemony notes, pleasant and smooth. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light citrus pulp, resinous and piney hops, light mineral notes, nice and smooth. On tap at brewery.

Poured into a becher pint glass, the appearance was a ruddy burnt orange almost copper color with a finger’s worth of white foamy head that dissipated at a nice pace. Messy sliding lace.
The aroma had some sweet to bitter levels of citrus pulp playing with some soft sweet oats/grains. Ends up coming into a some sweet lemon juiciness.
The flavor grasps the sweet citrus pulp to coincide a bit more with the bitter rind and some light sweet pine comes out here. Soft sweet oats. All blends together on into the aftertaste and rolling into the finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fantastic sessionability about it. Mild carbonation. ABV felt appropriate. Citrus bitterness seems contained enough to act like an APA.
Overall, well done APA that I could definitely come back to.

Poured into a mug, the appearance was a semi-dark brown color with a finger’s worth of white foamy head that dissipated at a nice pace. Mild stringy lace.
The aroma opens up with the rye first with a blend of the sweet to the spice of it. Mild earthy to grassy hops slide in to compliment some clean caramel to toffee malts. Further underneath, some floral tones.
The flavor brings about a very nicely done blend of the hops, rye malts and caramel malts. Nice well blended clean malty aftertaste flowing into the finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a really nice sessionability about it. Mild carbonation. ABV felt appropriate. Rye doesn’t impart expected harshness but seems to just allow a nice balance.
Overall, very nicely done American styled brown ale that I could have again.

Poured into a stange, the appearance was a ruddy semi-milky looking yellow color with a fizzy to foamy cap of a little white head quickly settling down nicely.
The aroma seemed to blend some sweet clementine pulp and juicy bitterness hitting upon some orange zest and then the sour effects of the \"soured wheat.\"
The flavor blends sour to sweet and brings about some tart then the pulp. Really nice blend that leads on into the aftertaste and right on into the finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body, perhaps more towards the lighter side. The citrusy fruitiness added to this helps to cut down on the acidic feels along my tongue.
Overall, another nice Berliner Weisse but why am I drinking this right now. Would much rather have in the Summer.

Poured into a becher pint glass, the appearance was a nice looking yellow cloudy color with a nice finger’s worth of white foamy head that dissipated at a nice fairly quick yet expected pace. Sly messy lacing.
The aroma had some sweet grains ruffling up the tail feathers of sweet corn and then a light grassy hoppiness.
The flavor leans to the crisp sweet blend of grains to corn with barely any hops there. Sly grainy sweet aftertaste rubbing the finish.
On the palate, this one sat light bodied with a nice sessionability about it. ABV felt where the brewer says so. Maltiness moves nicely along my tongue.
Overall, nicely done Americanized cream ale well worthy of having again.
